Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, she combines clinical expertise with advanced leadership insights to serve children, veterans, and individuals across all age groups through psychotherapy.

Carmetta employs a wide range of evidence-based interventions tailored to the individual, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Wellness Coaching.
